Just a short distance from the walled city of Chester and located in a idyllic village surrounded by superb countryside. The Hotel offers beautifully appointed bedrooms and popular restaurant with a bright and contemporary atmosphere. Set in well tended gardens Rossett Hall combines the very best of the old with the new.Rossett Hall is a fine example of Georgian period architecture. Built in 1750 by local businessman John Boydell a leading publisher of engravings silversmith and Mayor of London (1790). A grade two listed building the house boasts a fine cantilever staircase built of sandstone which was designed by a Flemish architect captured during the Napoleonic war. The house remained in the Boydell family ownership until the mid 1970′s until converted into one of the leading hotels in the area.
