Chester is notorious for its love of Charity Football Matches. Probably the biggest of these events so far this year was the star-studded Charity Football Match held at the Deva Stadium this May which saw stars from many of the regions soaps compete to raise funds for Claire House Hospice and the Imagine Appeal at the Alder Hey hospital.
The Cheshire County Sports Club is definitely the place to be this Saturday 18th July if firemen are your thing as twenty teams compete in a 7-a-side tournament to raise funds for the UK Firefighter’s Charity.
