Race for Life is a great way of raising money for an extraordinary charity, Cancer Research UK, and you can get fit at the same time!
Race For Life – how can you take part?
Anyone one can enter a Race For Life event . Whether you choose to walk, jog or run to win the five kilometre race Cancer Research UK invite you to take part to help raise funds to enable to carry on with their incredibly important work and support for cancer victims and their families.
Once you have chosen which location you would like to attend to take part you can enter your application details for a Race For Life Event.
There is a small charge of £12.99 for all who enter. This enables the event to take place and ensures that all your hard earned sponsorship money goes directly to Cancer Research UK and towards their fantastic work.

Races at Tatton Park are currently full but there are still spaces to take part in the Chester City Centre Race For Life Event which will take place from 9am on Sunday 14th May 2009.
You do not need to be in the Race to enjoy a great family day out in Cheshire. Come along to any of the Cheshire Race For Life Events to encourage runners to complete the course and raise their sponsorship monies.
If you want to actively help out at one of this year’s Race For Life events fill in a form to volunteer or sponsor a friend who is taking part on the day.
