Chester is holding a Charity Football Match at the Deva Stadium, home of Chester City FC, on Saturday 16th May 2009.
The city of Chester welcomes familiar faces from TV soaps including Hollyoaks, Shameless, Emmerdale, Casualty, The Bill and Coronation Street.
Due to the successful raising of around £30,000 last year Nick Pickard aka Tony Hutchinson in Hollyoaks is proud to see his original idea for the event into its second year.
The Deva Stadium is hoping to see over four thousand attend this year’s Charity Football Match to raise maximum monies for charitable organizations.
Funds raised will go to well-deserving causes at the Claire House Hospice and the Imagine Appeal at Alder Hey Hospital.
